www.oet.ky.gov - File My Extended Kentucky Unemployment Check

Extended benefits could be available after you've exhausted your regular state unemployment and any emergency unemployment compensation you may qualify to receive. Extended benefits are only available during times of increased unemployment rates. Kentucky's extended benefit program offers the same amount of compensation you received in previous levels. To file your weekly claims certification for your extended benefit check, you must access the online filing system.

Access the KEWES website on click "Unemployment Benefits---Internet Claim Filing." Click "I Agree" Log into your account using your Social Security number and the PIN you created when you started your original unemployment claim. Select the option to file your weekly claims certification. Answer all the questions about each of the previous weeks you're claiming. Click "File My Claim" when you have completed the questions. Do not close the browser until you see the page titled "Confirmation," meaning your claim has been sent to the Office of Employment and Training.

uiclaims.des.ky.gov - File Kentucky Unemployment Benefits

The first way of applying for unemployment insurance as a Kentuckian is by accessing the Office of Employment and Training website. The link is below-

According to the website, you will need the following information in order to file a claim:

- your Social Security Number
- your mailing address
- contact information (name, address and phone number) for all of your employers in the last 18 months
- the specific start and end dates for each of those jobs
- your Alien Registration number if not a U.S. citizen

Register at the link at the bottom of the Unemployment Insurance Claim Filing page, and you will be given a 4-digit PIN number so you can log back in to the KEWES eBenefit system to manage your application. Write down that PIN number.

Your application for Kentucky unemployment benefits must be completed before midnight Saturday of that week or else your application will be deleted. Make sure all questions are completely filled in.

If you do not have regular access to the internet, you can file an unemployment claim in Kentucky by calling the Division of Unemployment Insurance at (502) 564-2900. You can use Kentucky Relay Service 1-800-648-6057 .

If you plan to register for an by internet, first gather the following information prior to filing your unemployment claim in Kentucky:

The average turn-around time for UI claims filed online is seven to ten days.

Refiling

If you have returned to work any time since you last collected unemployment insurance, you cannot use TeleServe until you either refile your claim or file a new claim. Both filing and refilling can be accomplished by contacting the UI Call Center during business hours or by entering the appropriate data through our internet filing system.

Go online to http://dwd.wisconsin.gov/dwd/publications/ui/apply.htm. This page will give you the information you need for the various ways to file. To file online, you will go to “Apply online at” and click on “www.ucclaim-wi.org.” Then Click on “File Your New Application for Unemployment Benefits.” Read all the information on this page and then click on “Continue” at the bottom of the page. Read the next page and click “Continue." Read the requirements on the next page. If you are clear on the requirements, click on “I Understand.” There will be two more pages of information to read. Click on “Continue” at the bottom of each page. On the next page you will either create a PIN or enter your already existing PIN. From here you will continue the application process by answering all the questions and you will be given a confirmation number.

Open up your Internet browser and go to:
https://ucclaim-wi.org/InternetInitialClaims/InfoBasicRequirements.asp. Click continue on the page to start your claim. You will be given a choice between have a pin and need a pin. If this is your first time, you will click need a pin. If not click I have a pin and enter the code when prompted on the screen. Enter your Social Security number and choose a pin that you will remember in the boxes on the screen. Click file my claim and certify as needed. Make sure your information is correct before you file your Wisconsin unemployment claim. Wait until you receive confirmation in the mail. Dwd.Wisconsin.gov/ui is the website for Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development Unemployment insurance. Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development provides unemployment insurance benefits to people who have lost their jobs. It allows people to enroll beforehand and in times of crisis, they are the only friend who stands by the side of the unemployed.

Choose whether to claim unemployment in Wisconsin by telephone or online. If you want to use the online Visit ucclaim-wi.org If you’ve never had to claim unemployment in Wisconsin or you have questions, it's best to file by telephone. Either way, the procedure is similar. The important thing is to file quickly. Your unemployment benefits are paid from the time you file, not the date you were out of work.

Press 1 when your call is answered. This will take you to an automated program that will ask you a series of questions, and then connect you with a staff person. You will need your social security number. You’ll also need to provide the names and addresses of all employers for the previous 5 quarters (15 months) and the income you had in each quarter. This information is used to determine if you are eligible to claim unemployment in Wisconsin and the amount of your benefit.

Allow 2 weeks for your first check to arrive if you qualify for unemployment benefits in Wisconsin. You will be sent a notice of whether or not you qualify and the amount of your benefit. You will also be sent a handbook that provides full details about the rules governing unemployment claims in Wisconsin.

You can file a claim without all of these documents. However, missing information can delay your first payment.

If you cannot print web pages, have a pen and paper to copy information.

www.detr.state.nv.us - Unemployment Insurance Claims On-Line Filing System

To determine your eligibility for unemployment go to www.detr.state.nv.us. This is the website of the Nevada Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation.

You will need to scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the button that says "I agree". Once you click on the "I agree" button, several new buttons will appear. Click on the button that says "I would like to file a new claim" and you will be taken to a page that will ask questions to help guide you through the process. From this point on you just need to answer the questions accurately and follow the directions. Be sure to fill out the form completely, or your request for unemployment will be denied. If you have any additional questions during the process of filing for unemployment, you can call the Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation directly at the following numbers:

In order to file Oregon unemployment insurance, you'll need to register with Oregon's Online Claim System. This is the most practical way to file an Oregon unemployment insurance claim. Filing online will save you hours waiting in line at the unemployment insurance office or waiting on hold on the telephone. When you file online, you can complete the entire process in about thirty minutes.

Click on the "File a New Claim" link. Be sure you read the list of circumstances which require you to file over the phone rather than online. If you fall into any of the categories listed, do not continue with the online filing system.

Click on the "Begin Claim" button at the bottom of the page. As you file your claim, you will be asked a series of questions regarding your work history and income over the past 18 months.

Proceed through each page of questions. Answer each question truthfully to the best of your knowledge. The answers you provide will determine your eligibility for Oregon unemployment insurance as well as the level of benefits you receive.

File a weekly claim online or by phone on the Sunday or Monday after you first file for unemployment benefits. This week will be your waiting week. During the waiting week, staff members will process your application and determine your eligibility for benefits. You will not receive payment for this week, but you must file the weekly claim in order for your application process to be completed.

Choose the method by which you would like to receive benefit payments. Your first payment will be sent to you by check. Subsequent payments can be directly deposited into your bank account or can be applied to a card which is issued to you automatically. Continue to file weekly claims in order to receive Oregon unemployment insurance benefits. If you fail to file your weekly claim, you will not receive your payment for that week.

Oregon.gov - Claim a Week of Benefits

File your unemployment insurance claim either online at the Oregon Employment Department's Online Claim System website or by calling the regional unemployment center.

The telephone number is available in your Unemployment Claim Kit or by visiting the Employment Department's Online UI Center Locator and entering a zip code.

Your weekly benefit amount is based upon employment during your "base year," which is four of five quarters completed when you file your initial application.

You must earn a minimum of $1,000 from unemployment eligible work or wages exceeding 1.5 times those of your highest earning quarter.

1. You might also qualify if you have at least 500 hours eligible employment during your base year. File your first unemployment insurance claim on the Sunday or Monday after filing your application, either by telephone or online.

Your first week is your "waiting week," for which you will not be paid but still need to file. Respond immediately to any letters or telephone calls investigating your claim but also continue making your weekly claims. The investigation cannot begin until you file your first claim. The investigation can take up to four weeks.

2. Receiving Oregon unemployment benefits requires filing claims weekly, either by telephone or online. Your first application only can be backdated by one week, so do not delay filing.

You might be required to attend an orientation at an Oregon WorkSource office. Failure to attend could result in delay or even denial of your benefits.

3. You must continue seeking work every week you claim benefits. So record your contacts with employers or your union. Also record any days you are sick or out of the area.

You also must track your part time work and earnings each week. If you receive a job offer, you must tell the department the company's name, person in charge and the job offer, including details. Once your application is processed, you will receive a "claimant handbook" and "wage and potential benefit report."

Your benefit amount equals 1.25 percent of earning during your "base year," which lasts 52 weeks including the first week you file. However, your benefits will last only 26 weeks unless your weekly benefit is reduced by working part time or Oregon receives extended benefits.

You must be willing and able to work each day you are claiming.

You must be unemployed, physically and mentally are seeking.

You also must register for work with the iMatchSkills electronic job match system unless you belong to a union or have a definite date for returning to work.
